Dōsojin is a web based blog and future smart phone application that connects travelers with local people.  Our users will upload and watch custom travel videos and create and read reviews on local hotspots as they travel the world.  They can even meet up with other Dōsojin users.

At Dōsojin we aim to leverage multiple technologies to make the planning and travel experience more unique, fun, and personal.  Everyone has a place they call home.  Dōsojin will utilize world class technology and the personal nature of what people call home to connect travelers and locals together in a most unique way.  As our community grows so too will the value of the video and photo content we are capturing and collecting.  Dōsojin is the only service where travelers and locals come together to form unique travel experiences that will last a lifetime.

For our users the app will serve up custom videos directed by other users on familiar locations, favorite travel destinations and the special places one can only learn about from a fellow traveler or local. Users will be able to utilize these videos to guide themselves through the process of making reservations, accessing local hot spots, and meeting travel companions.  The app will also provide a platform to upload short travel videos of the places our users know and love. They can offer free guide services, look for a short stay roommate or just provide information to the local community. Dōsojin will be there every step of the way.
